I have purchased a laptop Bag in april, 2018 from Multi Brand showroom E-561, ramphal chowk dwarka sec-07 and the product details is 16A6BAGT7011I .M.R.P. of this product was 2700 rupees after discount, product price became 1350 rupees. but within 3 months bag has been torn up from the two sides . warranty has been given by Banetton.and and seller also gave me a surity for any inconvenience but now he denied . i want to change the bag with same product.so please help me and suggest me what will i do.

We purchased clothes from Delhi .airport The sales girl suggested we must do the purchase of 8000 and above because speakers worth 7000 is free. We did but the speakers are not working. We called customer care in India but no response. Kindly assist. We are wondering is it all business gimic and the speakers are fake to fool the customers.
