United Colors Of Benetton — shrunk cardigan - store purchase in kuala lumpur

I’ve purchased a wool (80%) and poliamide-nylon (20%) cardigan from the benetton store in quill city mall, jalan sultan ismail, kuala lumpur on 12th february 2018. Upon checking the washing instructions on the garment, i soaked and washed the cardigan. Now it has shrunk to the point that i can no longer fit into it. Please let me know of any other information you may need to resolve this. You kind assistance is deeply appreciated. Thank you.
