United Colors Of Benetton — Sunglasses bought from amazon, broken from temple and under warranty

Bought ucb wayfarer from amazon of rs 3000, on 16 dec 2016. It's been broken from temple side. They are under the warranty against manufacturing defect. Tried to contact ucb customer care through email id and on fb. Email id given is not valid and they have not responded yet on their fb page. Having bill of the described item. I want it to be replaced.
