United India Insurance Company [UIIC] — Claim against theft not settled even after 2 years. | |||
A theft occurred in my office after breaking the locks of my office on 21/05/2014 at about 4.00 am. Police complaint was filed. 3 Computers, 1, Blackberry Mobile and some other valuable items were stolen. The items were insured under Policy No. 021400/44/58/20000039. As per HO letter bearing reference no. Marine Claims: AVK/[protected], dated March 30, 2015, Purchase invoice and Final Investigation report submitted. Frequent follow ups were done through the Agent who is handling my account. Even reminder mail also was sent. But, till date no action has been taken. Today also I have phoned up the Agent. I was informed that the concerned officer is on leave and END NUMBER OF CASES ARE PILED UP ON THEIR TABLE. GENUINE CASES LIKE THIS, WHEN IT IS NOT RESOLVED, PUBLIC WILL LOOSE FAITH IN THE COMPANY.
