United India Insurance Company [UIIC] — my medical claim dated 2/11/2017 still not is in processing. | |||||
On dated 23/10/17, i was admitted in emergency ward in mittal hospital, ajmer. They refused me for cashless treatment, my son prashant ganwani was informed to raksha tpa, jaipur. But they didn't guide proply and told that "mittal hospital, ajmer is not in our list but as per circular of punjab national bank dated 11/3/2016, hrmd circular no.300, we can take cashless facility if hospital is not listed in emergency. But due to hospital norms, we deposited cash in advance before the treatment started. I discharged from the hospital on 25/10/17. And i submitted the mediclaim bill by proper way of rs.13733 through our circle office punjab national bank, jodhpur on 2/11/2017. They sent the bill on 7/11/2017 to raksha tpa, jaipur but i am very sorry to say that raksha tpa has not taken the step for processing and i checked the status of my claim on web-site. The result seems that"no claim is pending. My policy coverage is with domiciliary treatment and paid higher premium. This is my first hospitalisation claim of the year. Due to very poor service of raksha tpa, i am very much worried that how i will recieve the cliam in future from raksha tpa. Was this information helpful? | |||||
