United India Insurance Company [UIIC] — non-credit of hospitalisation claim amount - policy no.[protected]p[protected]

Hospitalisation claim no.[protected] of rs. 4944 in respect of policy no. [protected]p[protected] and mem id: uic54562877pnbrd of nirmal kumar mitra was passed and remitted through neft no. [protected] on 20/11/2017 favouring my a/c no. [protected] (As per information received) by raksha tpa. But the account was closed on 30/03/2016 at the time of my retirement from punjab national bank as a result of which the amount was not credited in the account and i have not received the same as yet. I have sent e-mail at [protected]@uiic.co.in on 03/01/2018 requesting to look into the matter and to arrange to credit the amount in my current savings a/c no. [protected], ifsc : punb0787000 of punjab national bank baguiati branch and subsequently reminder. But i haven`t received any response of my mail till date.

Action has not been taken by UNITED INDIA INSURANCE CO against my complaint Id: 1851593 regarding non-credit of hospitalisation claim amount approved by Raksha TPA - policy no.[protected]p[protected],
Mem. Id: uic54562877pnbrd till date (20/03/2018). Even I have not received any reply from the company. It seems
that the company has to take only premium from customers but it has no obligation for making payment to
customers. SERVICE IS VERY BAD.
My id uic54541481pnbr claim dated october 2017 was passed for Rs 4 lac(claim for 4.40lac) as per message dt.21st Nov.2017 but after several requests they credited Rs.106000/- only in Feb 17, 2018 and informed surgeon and other
doctors charged too high hence they passed Rs.16000/- to them instead of 340000/- It is for breast cancer surgery and claimed reimbursment. Raksha TPA is cheated some thing and there is no respone from UIIC or IBA, TPA
complained to IRDA through IGMS. recd. complaint number only its already passed three months not responded from IRDA. Complained to customer care HO chennai and Mombay also. Not received acknowledgements also to further action through ombudsman/consumerforum
