United India Insurance Company [UIIC] — not giving all parts under accidental claim | |||
I have a honda shine bike for which i have claimed after an accident.i have a zero dep policy from united india insurance company(policy no: [protected]P[protected] .i have submitted claim on 14/10/2019 in bhopal Regional office. The company officials(surveyor) is not giving the claim for all broken parts.Even when the part is clearly visible broken in the pics, he is denying that i will not give.On asking them why, they give weird and rude explainations that these things cant be broken in such accident. Even when i told them that i m an old customer and i have 8 running policies in your company, they didnt even bother and said it doesnt matter. I want to bring this to notice to officials o[censored]nited india insurance that this is is your response to customer. I am definitely not goin to renew any policy from now on from united ans suggest people that the service is very poor in this company and customers are treates as beggers here to demand a claim.my contact no:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I given the intimation on[protected] and surveyor took 4 months to complete the process. He sent all document to head office in september. In oct 9 th i received attached message and till now i didnt get my claim amount why they are taking this much long when will i get my claim amount?
