United India Insurance Company [UIIC] — wrong deduction against claim amount

I was hospitalized for "hiatus hernia surgery". I submitted claimed documents on 07th sep 2019 and claim amount is: 73863.00 rs The insurance company approved only 62823.00 rs. Deduction amount is rs.11040 which were wrongly deducted. I queried, but not responding properly. Please do needful on urgent basis. It seems this company is not all taking care for customers.
