dear sir, i had a fall which lead to fracture of left hip joint.i was operated on my left leg for Total Hip Replacement, on 10/01/2014 at Dr. Kelshikar's Hospital, Thane. in relation to my above mediclaim policy, i filed my claim, by submitting all the original documents to your TPA MDindia. my claim was partly passed. Following part of the claim was rejected by TPA. DEDUCTION DETAILS 1. Anasthesist Charges Rs.8000/- 2. Oxygen Charges Rs.2500/- 3. Monitoring charges Rs.2500/- 4. Antibiotics etc. Rs.7151/- [protected][protected]-------- Total Rs.22151/- in my post operative treatment, since i was advised bed rest for one month, i was administered physiotherapy sessions at my residence. in my post operative bill, i had claimed Rs.7000/- towards physiotherapy charges.This was also rejected by the TPA. a total of Rs.27151/- were not passed by TPA you are requested to look in to the matter & settle the claim favourably.
