I have deposited my Royal Enfield bike at workshop on 7/03/16. On 6/03/16 I had an accident, workshop has ready my bike on 12/03/16. My policy no- [protected]P[protected]. First of all go the the insurance company from where you have got your insurance done. Speak to the head boss there I my self an irda license holder for non life insurance. And guiding you in this regard. Please go there and ask the company to appoint a new surveyer as the person who has been appointed is a busy man and has no time to attend my case. Hence please grant me a new surveyer. I hope this will do the job and you will get insurance calculated and not much of a burden

I had similar case for my Royal Enfield. the surveyor took all original bill on 23rd March and he did not submit yet for the claim.
