Dear universal insurance,
I have applied insurance claim for the samsung e7 mobile (imei-[protected]/[protected]) and it is rejected because of signatures are missing in the claim form (claim no is[protected]. i haven’t got any intimation to me. i called so many times and no one did not pick-up my call. finally i spoke to one of the lot mobile store manager and given the information.
This is third time to follow up for my claim.
I am resending copy of documents with sign. please approve my claim and send me the status to my mobile.

    I have submitted all the documents requested by universal insurance brokerage.

    Till date from 02.7.2016, i have not yet received any update related to my claim. When ever i try to reach them, they would respond that my claim is in process, but till date there is no update at all.

    I kindly request the uib concern person to look into the issue and sought the things at the earliest.

      I have submitted all the documents requested by universal insurance brokerage.

      During the time of submission i was intimated that in a period of month i would be updated with the status.

      Till date from 12.4.2016, i have not yet received any update related to my claim. When ever i try to reach them, they would respond that my claim is in process will update you by friday, but till date there is no update at all.

      I kindly request the uib concern person to look into the issue and sought the things at the earliest.

        I brought amobile phone from a nokia dealer and also insurance for which universal insurance brokers are third party service providers

        my screen broke got damaged because of a fall, the screen of the mobile got damaged, I have given my mobile for repair. the insurance claim is approved for 13k it is also displayed on their webpage.

        till now there is no further communication from the insurance broker.
        its bee 4 months since the claim is approved. I have sent about 35 mails to them for the status of the device till now I have not received any reply from them.

          Dear Sir, I have purchase a panasonic P55 mobile on 14.1.2015, also done the insurance at the time of purchase through biscoot as retailer suggest. my mobile display screen damage & i have 1st time send the document on 1.10.2015 in order to claim, also i have submitted all the documents as demanded but it as of now my problem has not solved, no proper communication was given about the claim process, sometime they are saying they will provide cheque of the amt & sometime they are saying that they will repair the mobile but till now not a single phone has come from insurance company regarding any query, but who will courier the mobile & take the responsibility...i am totally confussed, my phone is off for the last 2 month...please help if you can...waiting for the revetal from your ends.

            Hello my name is Jamil vijapura and my mobile nu [protected]. I have take Nokia store (Nokia 1320, imei no:[protected], on date:-11-nov-2014). I have taken also insurance of mobile name (universal insurance). Within 2&half (05/1/2015) my mobile broken in bike accident i have given all document to it .But they have Reject my mobile insurance because they have cancelled insurance said that i have nomobile from license to drive bike. But i have told that i am back seat of bike.And i have also going to also Nokia service center they have said its not my fault to pass insurance. Also i have given reasone to insurance that my uncle drive the bike and i am back seat of bike. After all these the insurance company said if one time insurance reject they cannote do aboute its and also said its your fault that you have not write in insurance paper that you are at back seat of bike and also said if one time claim reject they cannot do about it .So whats meaning to take insurance for one year limite so anyone who read this note please take proper decisione and also i have given complaint to Grahak Shuraksha Adhikari and please contact me mobile no:- [protected]

              I am Ram krishna belongs to chinna gantyada, gajuwaka, visakhapatnam(VIZAG), andhra Pradesh. I want to lodge complaint against Universal Insurance Brokers Services Pvt Ltd Hyderabad . The case was Approx two months ago, I Bought a NOKIA LUMIA 730 Mobile Phone from LOT MOBILES outlet in GAJUWAKA, on 20th nov 14, I lost this phone on 3rd feb 2015 during My travel from gajuwaka to my college for the same I made a Police FIR in gajuwaka ps, For the same I had already informed to Insurance company and within 5-7 Days I had sent all the Original documents required by Him for insurance claim procedure. Now Today after 60 when I checked my claim status in their particular web site I was shocked to see that my claim has been rejected with out any reason even till today they haven't informed me about my claim. I am feeling cheated by insurance company and Mobile Seller Company and looking forward for your support to get my Insurance claim along with Expenses which I had done to process it.                 Apple IPhone Insurance rejection

                I've purchased Apple 4S in Oct 2014, within 6 months my headphone jack broken inside. I have applied for the insurance claim on 27th of Jan 2015(On the same day this incident happened). I have purchased insurance from universal insurance brokers Pvt.Ltd.(UIB) They have rejected my insurance under heading of Miss-handled the product. It was totally shocking for me to take this decision from insurance company. Further, I applied for re-consideration...

                I had procured iphone 6 from sangeetha mobiles wherein I also got theft and accidental damage for my phone covered. After few months o[censored]se my phone fell and the screen got cracked. As the phone is covered under accidental damages, I submitted a claim to the insurance company. The Authorised apple service centre gave a quote for the replacement of the iphone as they dont do any repairs and only replacement. Now, this insurance company is insisting that only the screen replacement should be done and not the complete phone. But apple's policy is to replace and at any cost they will not repair or replace the screen. If this was the case, the insurance company should have informed us that accidental damage is not covered for iphones as they dont repair. This type of marketing gimmick/fraud is high level of fooling people. We must do something to stop these kind of companies to take us for a ride.

                  It's been more than two months, where I am not getting any reponse on my Claim no: [protected] they said, within 20 dyas i will get a call to submit my account details, but after 70 days also, I am not getting any response from them. I am leaving the City ( HYD) in few weeks and I want my money back... kindly escalate my case or else i will take it to next level.

It’s really give us power to raise our voice against Corrupt or bed Companies who forget their services after selling products. I am Avnish Kumar belongs to Amrapali Empire, Crossing Republic Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. I want to lodge complaint against Universal Insurance Brokers Services Pvt Ltd Bangalore . The case was Approx one and half month ago, I Bought a Samsung Grand 2 Mobile Phone from Spice retail outlet in Gurgaon, on 20th Jan 14, I lost this phone on 27th June 14 during My travel from Jalandhar to Delhi, for the same I made a Police FIR in ISBT Delhi, GD No 6PP, For the same I had already informed to Insurance company and within 2-3 Days I had sent all the Original documents required by Him for insurance claim procedure. Now Today after 40 Days I had received a SMS from Insurance Provide that they had rejected My insurance claim because in Police complaint it was return Mobile lost not stolen. I am feeling cheated by insurance company and Mobile Seller Company and looking forward for your support to get my Insurance claim along with Expenses which I had done to process it.
