My name is sakal chand oraon. I have a scorpio ex with reg. No br 11 h 9816 insured by universal sompo general insurance co. Ltd.

After an accident, i lodge a claim first at tollfree no. With claim no. 18060823. An agent of company came and verified every thing and take required documents. He said that claim amount came in the link account within the week. But claim amount not came till date.

So please do needful help as soon as possible.
