They list bus in Redbus. Fill seats, if they feel like not enough bookings they cancel.
Ironically the said to be same breakdown bus will ply in another route.
This is an organised fraud on commuters.
If we cancel they put a penalty of 50% or sometimes even 100% but after 7 days they just refund the fare.
Most times tickets aren't available even if so, it will 2x.
People already are giving them 1 & 2 rating. Not sufficient every one should take them to consumer court like I did.
Redbus knows this fraud but is not taking any action.
STOP USING UNIVERSAL & REDBUS.
