Worst ever travels

This is the worst travels in india...very bad behaviour by the office staff . especially in pondicherry office...bad conditioned buses. not reaching on time...if its supposed to reach at morning the they will take it till the evening...please take necessary changes against this...or stop your travels and choose some other business...

Worst service

Worst Bus service by Universal

Very Poor Customer Service

I had booked a bus ticket (Sleeper Berth - Berth nos. B2,B3) from Chennai to Vellankani on the 11th Februray from Universal Travels. It was a 11:25 PM bus from the Koyambedu Bus Termnius. ( Bus Registration Number ending with 9177 )

The bus had a problem with the headlight and it was not functioning at all. How can the managment send such a bus without a headlight for a night journey??...

Cheating the Customers

Collecting fares abnormally and torturing the passangers

Hi all,
I am living in bangalore from last one month and my native is Chidambaram, Usually my travel fare for airbus in Universal is 400 Rs.But the travel peoples in Bangalore are charging 600 Rs for the week ends.And also they are torturing the passangers by the name of special busses, They do have online booking which is not working and they are not considering the online tickets.
