Universal Travels — worst experience in universal travels bus journey booked via red bus

I have travelled from chennai to karaikal in TNSTC ordinary bus. I got neck and body pain so i planned to travel in private semisleeper bus. so i booked semisleeper seat in Universal travel Via redbus.
Boarding time is 9.55 pm but the bus arrived at 10.35 pm. Bus sent for the journey was spare with which is not good in condition. Back tyres are about to burst before that it was noticed because of the burnt spell from the tyres. So the bus is stopped around 12pm in chidambaram. The driver don't even have spanner or driver's to remove and check the tyres. Driver informed the universal travels owner but there is no proper response. We also called redbus, they talked with the driver. After talking with redbus the driver escaped saying that he is going to call mechanic nearby. Travel owner and redbus are not even cared about the passenger. After few minutes One police man came to the spot we don't know who informed him. He just told to walk to bus stand which is 4 km away and left. And this is not the first time. Even the police man said similar incident happened many times with universal travels within two months. Again i travelled in TNSTC ordinary bus to chennai. Because of this am not recommending any people to travel in universal bus. Redbus also should take necessary steps. Still haven't received my refund amount. Attached the photos of bus and the damaged tyre. Also attached the redBus mticket and TNSTC bus tickets for reference.
