I registered for DBA course on Upgrad after paying the amount I asked the academic counsellor for refund as I had my personal issues and financial constraints and came to know there is a scam in the course they are doing . As they told refund is impossible. I had to continue. Now again financial constraints have come up i asked to close my loan. They were not willing to do so and said i have to make the whole payment.
