UPI — amount automatically reversed and not credited to either account

I had done a transfer transaction of rs. 15, 000/- from my corporation bank account to sbi account of mine on 31.01.2019 the transaction was successful as reported by phone pe, also it got credited to sbi on the same date i. E 31.01.2019. But on 01.02.2019 it got debited from sbi by reversal remark on the same utr number but did not got credited to either of my account.
