UPI — I have transferred amount to invalid a/c

Hello, i need refund of rs. 815 which i transferred on 22nd march twice to the same person but with different upi details. The first transaction i did to contact number [protected] showed that transaction went through however the owner refused. And hence i scanned the through bhim and sent it again which went through immiditely and owner reacieved it. But i didn't receive my 815 rs. Even when i have raised this concern in the app and to bank. Kindly look into it.

I tried to make payment on 12/04/2019 ₹352. Twice the payment failed and the third time money was deducted from my account but the transaction failed. I raised complaint via BHIM app but it's the second day no response. This is the third time such incident has happened with me

I transferred 1000 rs from my paytm account to bank of baroda account money debited from paytm bank but not credited to bank of baroda account i use phonepe platform he is not helping me by any way
