UPI — jio recharge not successful though money is deducted from account

Dear Sir,
I have recharged an amount of 349/- for my jio mobile number [protected] on 05.07.2018 at 18:15 hrs through BHIM app.My transaction Id is[protected] & same is approved by [protected]@icici.com, but till now the recharge is not done successful.But 349/- is deducted from my SBI account.

So, please look into this matter to refund 349/- to my account.
