UPI — my transaction got reversed

On 7 jan 2019 i had made a transaction of ₹14000 from paytm upi to phonepe upi with utr[protected] and the transaction was successful and money is also successfully send from iob to sbi but immediately the transaction got reversed with utr[protected] but till now it’s 25th day my money is not credited to sbi nor iob please fix my issue.. I have gone to sbi and iob with this issue but no one is responding against this issue.. Please sort my issue and give my money back in any of my account
I’m attaching my sbi passbook statement there you can find that the transaction once successful and immediately it got reversed..
