UPI — transaction unsuccessful but amount has been deducted.

Sbi account

From syndicate bank account

By paytm upi app.
But unfortunately amount has been deducted by upi mode payment. So payment doesn't receive to him.

Resolve my transaction issue and refund my money early as possible.
