UPI — upi transaction amount reversed but not credited to bank account

I had done a transfer transaction of ₹6000/- from my Punjab National Bank account to SBI account of my friend on 04/02/2019 through PhonePe app. The said transaction was successful as reported by PhonePe and also it got credited to SBI account of my friend. Unfortunately it got auto debited from SBI account by reversal remark on the same UTR number but did not credited to either receiver’s account or sender’s account.
