This is the extremely bad experience I have ever experienced. My parcel came from abroad and this ups service dint informed me about it. I tried thousand times to contact them but no way to contact them.after many attempt I was able to contact them and asked about my parcel then then took action to contact customs for my parcel and till then it's already been two months late. Now when got it cleared now they are asking me more money to deliver it. Saying I have to pay the warehouse bill of customs. Now this is their foult they never contacted me through mail or anything and now they are asking me to pay the bill for their foult? Please help me with this.
