[Resolved]  UPS India — not yet received item

My parents send a cell phone on September 22 2012 but i have not yet received the item and if they start tracking from US its show it has been delivered from Chicago on September 24 2012 and no further information. It has been 2 months but still i did not receive it so kindly request to find out when my item is going deliver to my place.
