It's been over a month that i have been getting a run around by ups india and philippines. It all started with ups teams not knowing processes to follow worldwide. Ups being a global logistics company and dealing with worldwide shipments, least expected is that they are aware of the processes in detail of each country and provide accurate information/suggestions while accepting shipments and payments from customers/partners.
I have been following up practically every day and ups teams are least bothered to resolve my issue. I'm tired and extremely frustrated with their behavior and approach. Customer centricity is missing completely. I have paid over 50, 000 inr for my shipment which is not a small amount. Was this information helpful? |
