UPSRTC — Refund is not initiated after 20 days of cancellation of ticket

Refund is not initiated even after 20 days of ticket cancellation and company's mail id id online.[protected]@upsrtc.com is not responding from 15 days. No revert has come after multiple reminders. Very Pathetic customer service. Customer care toll free number dont entertain the refund calls.
