Hi, I was booking a ticket from ballia to Lucknow on 02 April, 2021 through upsrtconline.com . My user ID is milknum6, I paid through Google pay app upi and payment was done but ticket was not booked from there side.
I called customer care on same date and they told refund will be automatically processed in 7-10 days. I waited till 15th April and called customer care again. They said I will have to write a mail regarding this to online.[protected]@upsrtc.com. I sent an email with all the information on 15th April, then on 16th April and now today on 21st April, but I am not getting any reply from them. I again called customer care and they said I will have only option to write mail to them and they cannot help in any other way.
