Hi, i booked a seat on 17/4/2021 on a bus frm Sitapur to Saharanpur, the bus got cancelled and a refund voucher was generated. However i haven't received the refund yet. Ticket no[protected] I am attaching the refund voucher where all the details like PNR number, etc can be seen. Please upsrtc refund my money aa it has already been late. The helpline number isn't working and i have emailed my issue to upsrtc again and again. Please do the needful asap.

Hi, I was booking a ticket from ballia to Lucknow on 02 April, 2021 through upsrtconline.com . My user ID is milknum6, I paid through Google pay app upi and payment was done but ticket was not booked from there side.
I called customer care on same date and they told refund will be automatically processed in 7-10 days. I waited till 15th April and called customer care again. They said I will have to write a mail regarding this to online.[protected]@upsrtc.com. I sent an email with all the information on 15th April, then on 16th April and now today on 21st April, but I am not getting any reply from them. I again called customer care and they said I will have only option to write mail to them and they cannot help in any other way.

I booked two tickets of jan rath bus from saktinagar to alambagh (lko) Which got cancelled on 26 march bt still i didnt got my refund. My journey date was 31/3/2021. Then aftr few days i booked ticket of jan rath from alambagh to saktinagar.it again got cancelled .my journey date was 5/4/2021..nd still i didnt got my refund...my three refunds are pending from half month..so poor service from upsrtc.didnt expected this to happen.plz solve my problem as soon as possible..i m providing my booking id and screenshots of tickets. Updated by Upsrtc I had done first two tockets payement from debit card and third payement with upi id. Make my refund faster as i m fed up of calling on helpline no.s which does not work.plz solve it as soon as possile.

Hi, I was trying to book a ticket from sitapur to Saharanpur, i used google pay twice and atm also twice since it was urgent for me but no ticket got generated as after payment page the website didnt redirect to upsrtc website. Ticket cost was 953₹ and for 4 such failed transactions i need a refund for total Rupees 3812₹ I am not able to call on any numbers given as they dont work and i habe emailed to upsrtc with no reply. Pleaae help

This is to inform you that on 28/11/2021 I tried to book a ticket through upsrtc's official website and made the payment of Rs. 786 through google pay UPI. After making the payment it redirect to the page where "transaction failed" Message appeared. Amount deducted from my account and still not got any refund. .I am attaching the google pay receipt for your reference. Please look into matter and help me to resolve this issue.

Please process my refund at the earliest as its been more than 10 days and it is promised that the refund will come in 7-10 days time.

On 27.03.2021 at 11.20 am I tried to book a bus ticket from Farrukhabad to Anand Vihar through UPSRTC website.The amount of Rs 1140 was debited from Account but the ticket was not booked.
I called up helpline nos: [protected], +91 - [protected] but of no use. They simply say that they do not take care of refund queries.
I had been mailing this issue on online.[protected]@upsrtc.com but not a single revert I have received so far in past 15 days.
Please look into the matter and refund my amount of Rs 1140

My UPSRTC user id : shikharD786

I cancelled my ticket (no:[protected] from Lucknow to Haridwar on 23rd March 2021 and the e-voucher (no:[protected] of ₹ 2530 has been generated for the same but I did not receive the amount yet. Also, I am unable to see the refund status on UPSRTOnline website.

I already contacted to UPSRTC helpline number many times but they said the refund will credit within 07 to 10 days but it’s been more than 3 weeks since I cancel my tickets.

Could you please look into the matter and help me to get the refund amount.

I booked a bus (jan rath) booking date -16 march 2021 PNR number - BLYS[protected] from Kaushambi bus stand to Bareilly satellite bus stand date of journey 27 march 2021 but on 18 march 2021 bus has been cancelled and cancellation voucher with number[protected] has been generated and refund of Rupees 508 is pending to be refunded till date (15 April 2021).

So, i request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

I booked my ticket from nzm sarai kale khan isbt to mathura for 26th March but due to kisaan andolan Bharat band it got cancelled from upsrtc side so I asked upsrtc customer care helpline representative for refund, so he said within 7 days I will get my refund but today is almost 14th day and I didn't get any refund yet.
So kindly look into it.

Refund is not initiated even after 20 days of ticket cancellation and company's mail id id online.[protected]@upsrtc.com is not responding from 15 days. No revert has come after multiple reminders. Very Pathetic customer service. Customer care toll free number dont entertain the refund calls....

On arriving kaushambhi bus stand it was said by the concerned staff the bus was cancelled and the entire of rupees 1586 will be refunded within 2-3 days.It was very troublesome for me as I've to reach Sitapur urgently for funeral of my relative. I arranged the alternate with lot of inconvenience and I completed my journey.I regret to inform you no refund received till date. You are requested to refund me the amount Rs1586 at an early date.
