I would like to state that my bus ticket got cancelled on 16 April 2021.
I did not commence the journey since bus trip was cancelled.

I would urge you to look into the matter and initiate the refund amount.
Kindly do the needful.

I tried to book tickets of 2 passenger for Ac jandham bus from Noida to Agra on 20-04-21 .

While booking ticket amount of rs.876 got deducted but ticket not booked .

Please let me know the process or refund my money back to my same bank account.

Text msg and statement clearly mentions that amount has been deducted.

Hi, I was booking a ticket from ballia to Lucknow on 02 April, 2021 through upsrtconline.com . My user ID is milknum6, I paid through Google pay app upi and payment was done but ticket was not booked from there side.
I called customer care on same date and they told refund will be automatically processed in 7-10 days. I waited till 15th April and called customer care again. They said I will have to write a mail regarding this to online.[protected]@upsrtc.com....

I booked two tickets of jan rath bus from saktinagar to alambagh (lko) Which got cancelled on 26 march bt still i didnt got my refund. My journey date was 31/3/2021. Hi, I was trying to book a ticket from sitapur to Saharanpur, i used google pay twice and atm also twice since it was urgent for me but no ticket got generated as after payment page the website didnt redirect to upsrtc website. Ticket cost was 953₹ and for 4 such failed transactions i need a refund for total Rupees 3812₹ I am not able to call on any numbers given as they dont work and i habe emailed to upsrtc with no reply. Pleaae help...

I cancelled the ticket on UPSRTC website on 1.04.2021 but till date I have not received the refund.
Please process my refund at the earliest as its been more than 10 days and it is promised that the refund will come in 7-10 days time.

On 27.03.2021 at 11.20 am I tried to book a bus ticket from Farrukhabad to Anand Vihar through UPSRTC website.The amount of Rs 1140 was debited from Account but the ticket was not booked.
I called up helpline nos: [protected], +91 - [protected] but of no use. They simply say that they do not take care of refund queries.

I booked a bus (jan rath) booking date -16 march 2021 PNR number - BLYS[protected] from Kaushambi bus stand to Bareilly satellite bus stand date of journey 27 march 2021 but on 18 march 2021 bus has been cancelled and cancellation voucher with number[protected] has been generated and refund of Rupees 508 is pending to be refunded till date (15 April 2021).

This is to bring to your notice that I booked 2 tickets from the Upsrtc official website from Aligarh to Noida on 12 March 2021 but the ticket was never booked yet the amount was deducted from my account.

Below is the attached bank screenshot for your reference of the amount deducted (1602rs) from my debut card.

I booked my ticket from nzm sarai kale khan isbt to mathura for 26th March but due to kisaan andolan Bharat band it got cancelled from upsrtc side so I asked upsrtc customer care helpline representative for refund, so he said within 7 days I will get my refund but today is almost 14th day and I didn't get any refund yet.
So kindly look into it....

I was booking the ticket from RAMPUR to DELHI on 1st April 2021 for that day only. While doing so i choose upi option, I approved the payment and money got deducted from my account and payment successfull was shown on screen, but the UPSRTC website it keeps on waiting and suddenly got expired and my ticket was not booked abd my account was not updated with the ticket booked.

Refund is not initiated even after 20 days of ticket cancellation and company's mail id id online.[protected]@upsrtc.com is not responding from 15 days. No revert has come after multiple reminders. Very Pathetic customer service. Customer care toll free number dont entertain the refund calls....

Dear sir, this is reference to my booking in which I Rahul Pandey booked a ticket from kaushambi to farrukhabad as on 25/03/2021 and due to some emergency I cancelled my booking same day. Warm welcome, sir I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Bareilly through the upsrtc website on March 21, 2021. Due to some technical error, my balance had been deducted but the ticket didn't confirm.
I have done so many emails for a refund but neither get a reply nor a refund yet.

I was trying to book online ticket on upsrtc website with my upsrtc account @PuranshD from Kaushambi depot to Sitapur depot on[protected]. I was paying my amount wth SBI debit card details, after filling all the details it redirected me to OTP page where I filled the OTP and then it redirected me again to upsrtc page where the error occurred and showed that your transaction got failed, but the thing is that the amount of 1586 rupees deducted...
