We had booked a service for refrigerator handle repair on 29th december, 2018 through urban clap / service provider (Mr. Ravindra kumar) - booking confirmation attached. Post visiting our residence, he took the door handles and promised to have the same replaced within a weeks time.
The service provider is neither taking calls nor responding to any messages sent to him! (Chat history on whatsapp attached for reference).
Despite several follow ups, neither urban clap nor verified service provider are responding - matter of factly, urban clap customer care only takes the service provider on line and at maximum has shared service provider aadhar card copy (Which to me is an invasion of privacy of service provider) - escalation response email copy attached for reference.
Request if the matter may please be taken to a logical closure to avoid any further harassment to us. It is extremely sad that a basic service can take over 5 months, with service provider not committing to closure. I would also like urban clap to compensate for all the mental harassment on account of having to follow up with no result. I have also attached the image of how the refrigerator looks in absence of the door handles for you to understand our current plight and help take action against urban clap and the service provider at the earliest.
