[Resolved]  Urban Company — Issues are not getting resolved

I have literally been harassed since last month from your team. I feel like i am getting punished for taking services from you.

Went for Hair laser 6 sessions services. Paid about ₹46, 789/-
First session was done on 11th February Sunday.
Second session must happen within 30 to 45 days. To which when i tried to book the second session, i didn’t see any option for booking. When i spoke to UC Help Support, they said that the first service is not getting ENDED due to technical error and invoice is not getting updated on the app from their backened side (as told by professional).
I spoke to the professional (Zenab) also, she has raised the concern to her senior CM. But no response there as well. Therefore, i am not able to book the second session because of the issue with YOUR app.
Since 7th March till now i have been trying to reach with your help support day in day out but no body is giving me a solution or booking my second session. They will either stop replying, ask for 24hrs, ask for time, ask for more time, park my chat but do-not resolve my issue.
(Names: ManuPriya, Devashish, Ankit, Anurag, Esther, Pappu, Harpreet etc)
Mind you: that if the session is not taken within 45 days then the whole first session will stand NULL AND VOID. And i will again have to restart with first season and per session costs so much. Also waiting for this i have to take so many precautions such as no skin care at all, no treatments, no facials, no hair removing my self just so that this resolves asap and i immediately take service. Which has been so inconvenient for me to live like this.
Im attaching all the screenshots of the conversation with your team, the issue, amount paid, professional details etc

I am giving FINAL 48 hrs to you and your team. If this does not get resolved till then, my legal team is going to start their work and ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST URBAN CLAP TEAM, and CEO MR ABHIRAJ SINGH BHAL
