July 31st they have attended AC issue mentioned that condenser problem. So they have removed both indoor and outdoor unit and taken for service. They have kept AC for almost 5 days. After 15 minutes it was observed that it is not functioning with Auto cut-off. Once again August 15th was attended. But still problem is continuing. But even AC is not working. Third time they have scheduled on 15th of August. Still now they are not responding both technician and urban company. Since the warranty period is until 2nd October. The response o[censored]C makes me very stressed. I need justification for this issue.

I have registered an issue with an urban company about a cooling issue.The Technician has told me that the condenser coil has to be replaced.They have removed both indoor and outdoor units and kept them for 5 days.He has mentioned everything was replaced with new parts.Please find attached invoice for your reference.The Very next day, Compressor runs without an auto-cutoff.On August 6th he visited my home and replaced the new sensor and informed me to observe for one day.Unfortunately, Compressor wasn't running.Third time a complaint was raised.The technician came on wednesday on 17th of August and observed that nothing has been done except gas charging.Particularly.they have painted condenser coil in indoor unit not to address.Senior Technician (Sarath kumar)has told that they haven't changed anything except gas charging.Senior Technician (Sarath kumar) has changed a new condenser, after that compressor got started but AC runs without Auto-cutoff.
Due to paint in the condenser coil in the indoor unit, the sensor was not sensed properly.The Technician (jayakumar) was cheated and hasn't replaced anything except gas charging and also billed for 2 ton condenser coil.In my home I am using a 1.5 ton split AC.As per my discussion with the Urban company team.Kindly refund the amount excluding gas charging and condenser.Please find attached invoice copy for your reference.
