I booked a beautician for 23rd November 2021 evening at 6pm. Yesterday beautician called me and suggested me to cancel the booking and do the booking personally, which I denied.
Today she is calling me at the last moment and giving excuse that she cannot come. She even cancelled the booking.
Now UC should suggest me what should I do further, because 25th November 2021 I am going somewhere and 24th November 2021 I am busy whole day that is why I booked for 23rd November 2021 evening.
Moreover now I cannot do the booking for today, I am stuck because of this irresponsible and unprofessional behavior your beauticians
Even if somehow I arrange time for tomorrow, how should I pay for that because the money which I already paid for the service will be refund by UC in next 5-7 working days.
This is so tiring process now. It was better that I should have gone to near by saloon.
