This email is in regards to uninstallation / installation of my blue star split ac, for which i tried urban clap on 11-june-2019 however i am really disappointed with the service provided.

I'd like to explain the issue in brief.

On 11-june, i had scheduled a visit of an urban clap employee to perform the task to uninstall / install my blue star split ac from my old address to my new address. While he was unistalling the ac, i specifically asked him to check the performance of ac before he proceed further. He checked and confirmed that the ac was working fine / ac gas was perfectly all right / cooling was perfect.

Now, after installing the ac to new location, i advised him that the ac is not giving proper cooling. He informed me that he has done the servicing of ac, hence advised me to wait for 1-2 days while ac will start giving better performance. At that very point in time, i informed that he is not giving correct statement however i trusted his words and waited for 3-4 days with no success. Now from past 2-3 days, i am raising my concerns but i am not getting positive feedback. Every time i am getting response that, engineer advised me that the gas needs to refill (Which is not a case and that was not informed to me). Although i gave a 5 star rating to urban clap engineer after he completed his job, with an appreciation note.
Though, ac worked fine for couple of hours when he installed but later the ac started giving poor performance.

I had received a call from urban clap 'kriti' and i explained her all the issue and she said she will get back to me. I have received a quick missed call from urban clap and at the same time, i received a text message stating "we tried to contact you for your ac service and repair service, however, could not get through".

I am this is really disappointing.

Still waiting to get my issue fixed, else would escalate this issue further.

    Hi team,

    We were happy with our new AC (bought in 2019) only so long as we booked a service from Urban Company with the expectation of professional and hygienic regular AC service for the 1st time.

    On the contrary, our experience has been really bad with you guys and from that very day, we have been struggling each and every day of this summer because your technician (Ranjan Yadav) damaged one of the parts and it is not even left in a running condition now.

    We have a one year old baby who keeps sweating the entire night because we have no running AC and we are helpless to procure the damaged product from Carrier in this lockdown and despite calling Carrier service centre and Urban Company repeatedly for more than 10 times and explaining our tragic story in each communication, we haven't got any support or resolution from either.

    Since the spare part i.e. new PCB is not available with Carrier, the only option now that we see is to replace our AC and since Urban Company has been the sole reason for all this hassle in our lives, we are reaching out to you with a hope that you would replace our AC and make these hot days a little bearable for us, especially our infant.

    We look forward to a quick resolution from your end, at least this time as it's already been almost 23 days that we are literally crying with this experience.

    For god's sake, help us on priority and correct what has been spoiled from your end!

      I had taken 2 a/c service from them, in one a/c the water leakage problem started after servicing all the dust passes thru pipe on there jet pump service, i had complained the same and on 18 may engineer visited and some how manage to solve the leakage issue, but i'm not satisfied and told him that what if leakage started again, he assure me that just intimate thru app and they will visit again and resolve the issue.
      On 16th june the water leakage problem again started and on 17th i had registered complain thru app. There app has taken complain and assigned engineer and i got the confirmation sms on my mobile with engineer detail and visit timing, despite that customer care called and told me that they only take complain within 30 days, and your 30 days already lapse on 11th june.
      First of all the 30days not complited from repair that, and there system showing 60 days warranty, thatswise the app is still taking complain.
      How a company denied service when there system has accepted the same. There executive agreed and confirm me that i will received call from repair section and they will resolve the issue, but still not received any call from them

        Urban clap is a fraud company. They hire professional without knowing if they are eligible or not. My dessert cooler stopped working when urban clap technician checked he informed that it needs to be repaired. After repair my cooler started making noise when i called urban clap they told they will look into this matter. They assigned a new technician for this issue. The new technician informed that motor has been damaged during repair and new motor needs to be installed. When i informed urban clap they told me that i have to bear the cost of the new motor. Urban clap tried to cheat people by providing worst service.

          I had been using Uclap partner service for last 1 year. for my interior designing firm. From last 1 month i am struggling with background verification/court verification and all the issues.
          I had been calling the customer care everyday from last 15 days, submitted various proofs and am assured by the call center people that my problem will be sorted.
          No one gives me a due date or exact steps i need to do now to get my account live. Also there is no responsible person on the floor or a senior to whom i can talk to

            This is really bad service from Urban Clap. We asked for carpenter service. The work wasn't more than 2 hours. We got charged 1450 despite their rate card showing per hour rate.

            they charge 250 for replacing a door handle. Ofcourse this was not explained at all by the carpenter. We were in for a rude shock when his 3.5 hours work came to 1450.

            MY ADVICE: Go to the closest hardware shop and ask for a carpenter. Atleast you can go to the hardware shop if you need any further assistance.

            Urban Clap: you wont be in business too long with such predatory practices

              AC technician assigned by Urban clap is fooling since yesterday regarding replacement of blower of my air conditioner which got faulty. He was supposed to do the service today morning 11 am but since then there is no response whats happening. Both technician and urban clap customer service person are singing the same song that too when I am calling them again and again that your material is not available in market. Don't they have any courtesy or responsibility to inform the end user. whose material they have taken for replacement keeping the entire AC left opened in home.
              Customer service is denying any support.

                Dear sir,
                Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
                So, i had my Air conditioning system serviced by one of the mechanics o[censored]rban clap.
                Also, it was found that there is a leakage and for so it was repaired too.
                He charged 3600 rs. For the whole service.
                At starting the cooling was good, but nowadays it is not good, it takes longer time to cool than usual.
                So, i contacted him again, the official person gave me the number of mechanic who came to service it.
                On phone talk, he said that it's none of his issue talk to company!
                So, i want to know who will repair it.

                    My husband booked the service for Ac, the guy came as per the scheduled time but didn’t do anything.
                    Asked us to pay me directly i’ll Come tomorrow to repair.
                    How unprofessional the team and the site is... it’s just waste of time.
                    Wait for 2 days for the appointment and no positive response.
                    If I reschedule or I try to the next appointment it’s again charging.
                    We have get done split air conditioner service on 30/05/2019 from urbanclap via this no [protected] but after that leakage of water happening from Air conditioner because of which there might be chances of current if water accumulates in mc button of air conditioner so kindly correct that soon
                    Taken the booking amount and didn't send anyone, no calls nothing .no customer care number to call them and booking it cancelled by the plumber himself.i didn't do anything in the application.

                      I recently had a beauty offer from urban clap. The beautician was good but my items was missing from the package. Say before my beautician arrived, i had a talk with one of their executive and she said ma’am if any problem arises feel free to call me but when i tried no response and actually they have a offer for the first users from app that if we pay from paytm then we will get 20 percent cashback! And now they are not even picking up their calls.

                        One month back I called a ac servicing got from urban clap n he charged 3000 from me for gas refilling n servicing n gave me guarrenty of 2 month n just after 20 days my ac stopped working now since then I have raised a complaint almost 20 times neither a service man came from urban clap not even a single call back is this service I just wish I could slap that urban clap man
                        5 days back we booked an AC servicing job at urbanclap and they sent a technician who charged 4500 rupees and still the AC is not working. I have given so many calls to the technician . pls either get my AC repaired or i need my money back...

                          I ordered for a service of parlour this morning and the girl didn’t turn up. The appointment was at 9am and when i called her she did not answer my call till 12 noon and asked me to cancel the service booking and was rude and hung up when i asked her to cancel instead as she had not come.
                          On the above she replied that urban clap site is not working and they are mot accepting my cancellation request.
                          She was rude and extremely unprofessional in her conversation and behaviour.
                          Also such a big company like urban clap is not expected to have such a horrible service.
                          My eid function preps were ruined due to the horrible experience.

                            2 months back we booked an ac servicing job at urbanclap and they sent a technician who charged 3500 rupees and still the ac wasnt working so i lodged a complint again and they sent the same technician again. This happened within the guarantee period that is 60 days. Again now the ac is not working and i have raised a complaint 4 times but no call back has come neither a mail. Pls either get my ac repaired or i need my money back.

                              I booked carpenter service on urbanclap on 28-apr-19 and was assigned ranjaya sharma, who visited my home on the same day.
                              He inspected the tv cabinet (For glass door replacement) and said it will cost rs 1800/- to put a new glass. I felt its too high a charge and asked him to reduce. After lot of discussion he agreed for rs 1600/- which itself was high, since i had earlier replaced it for rs. 600/-. He asked for rs. 1000/- advance...

                              Beautician preeti k gilatkar gave only half service and promised to come back on 23 may, 19. She cheated by asking to trust her and make full payment of rs.2698.00 on 21st may, but gave a wrong mobile no for contacting her. I have been msgng on urvanclap app asking them to call back and give beauticians correct no as she is a fraud... I only received one call in the morning. Caller assured to call after 15 mins. But since then there has been no call back.
                              I have ordered for women salon on 25th may 2019 at 10.46 am and used paytm payment method. But the order got cancelled from urban clap and money was deducted from paytm wallet. They said that i'll get the refund within 48hrs but i have not received my money yet. Kindly help on this issue

                                I have raised a request for engineer to resolve my ac low cooling issue. The engineer arrived at my location and informed me, that my ac needs to be gas charged and service to get cooling. I asked him to proceed. He didn't filled the gas and charged me 2500 fro gas and he also didn't replaced any thing in ac but stated that he replaced flare nut and charged me 150 rupees. He also said me for servicing it costs 699 and charged me that price. But after doing all these, there is no cooling at all and when i asked him, he said to observe for 2 days. When i complained to urbanclap they said engineer will visit and he visited but asked me to observe ac for 2 more days. And the next day the ac compressor is damaged. When i call urban clap or technician there is no response from them. I want my total money of rs.3300 back and i want justice for damaged ac. Now i have purchased new ac. My number is [protected]
                                Raised request for water leaking in my AC indoor unit, UC technician came and did all the unwanted thing like gas charging, re-installation etc and charged me Rs 4248/- without resolving the water leakage problem, when i escalated the issue the original technician (Kiran Bhawal) he declined to come again and when it was given to another technician (JohnSanish) he refused to take the work, when i asked for refund of the money collected UC is saying they can provide only 50% of refund. Pathetic service they have and strongly suggest to be aware of them they are just fooling the customers in name of quality service.

I received a call also from your representative but couldn't take the call, hence i called back on the number just to discover unprofessional approach of the lady and the gentleman attending the call. I received a sms mentioning rs. 499/- being refunded in a week time. May i request you to send the entire amount i. E.                                   I have booked a Service led repair, with in 2-3 days same problem started, they took the led TV from us and return back after a week but problem still not resolved.

                                  I have already paid 5000/- but worth zero.

                                  Want 5000 amoney back.

                                    The guy just the refrigerator and told me that this is a older model and they won’t get parts. He said that’s about it and now pay me 249 my kid is done. Wtf is this called?? Service??? This is a videocon fridge with 10 year warranty. This guy opened and closed the door and said it’s a beeding issue and took money and left. What’s next?? Will

                                      I booked safe packers and movers for delvering house hold goods from ghaziabad to pune neraby 6 may and today is 19 may. Owner of this service charged unnecessarily and said the goods will be delivered in one week but tilltoday no update regarding goods and if we are trying to contact him he is not bothered to even pick call and reply to our queries. Worst service provider i have ever faced.
                                      I have booked for ac repair. ac technician come and did service only and told me there is gas refiling needed and i have to booked for another ac technician. another technician come and refil gas but after one day ac has same problem.

                                      I have made so many complaint but there is no response from urban clap
                                      I did my Ac Services on 7th April 2019 .After the service it is leaking badly unable to use it. Given complaint on the same day still no one came to rectify it.
