Booked deep clean service for air conditioner. Technician visited one June 18 and he included deep clean and uninstall. He uninstalled indoor unit and did deep clean.
After clean service, he didn't fix it indoor unit and outdoor unit connection tube properly. Within a week it created problem. I created revisit ticket and technician came and did something to work temporarily. Again within a week same problem created again. Revisit technician didn't fix anything and he said he need to get payment from company as there is issue in connection. First technician hasn't fixed properly. Without my knowledge company is trying to close the ticket without resolving the issue. I am not getting proper help and support from you. I still didn't get solution for this issue. It is in UC warrenty as per policy and your technician damaged my air conditioner and provided bad quality service and you have wasted my time. I have attached your help centre response. He is just regrets and asking sorry. Your technician damaged my air conditioner, this needs to be resolved by you. You are responsible for this. If I do not get right solution and fix for damage done by your technician, I will escalate this to the next level and create proper consumer complaint.
Note. It still have warrenty time, but revisit option is disabled in your App. I have attached the screen shot.
Customer support is not taking responsibility and providing false warrenty. They disabled warrenty revisit option. I have screen shot attached here. Need help to fix the AC issue created by their technician.
