I'm writing to inform you that I'm going to file a complaint regarding the issues I've been facing since 2 people from Urban Clap (when actually only one guy was assigned with the name Rajkumar) came to my house to correct something wrong with the thermostat indicator of my geyser but ended up causing a leak in it on 28th October 2020. Upon asking about the leaking water, I was told that it is going to stop itself in a while. Well it didn't stop even after a month so I called in another service guy from your company on 29th November 2020. This other guy told me that some seal from the inside of the geyser is cracked. Since, I had no such leaking problem before your guys came in and did something with the geyser in the first visit, I suppose it is your responsibility to get it fixed. Yet, after so many requests, I haven't received a solution to my problem and no one is addressing to the issue now. Now my last resort is to file a complaint in the consumer court and seek help from there.
