[Resolved] Urban Company — delivery of product

I had book a wall decoration installation. The representative came to my home and showed me the product and costing. Once we selected the product (Wall beautification) i was asked to pay (Half) which i did and the product was supposed to be delivered on 31st march 2024. But till today (3rd april 2024) i do not have any update and the only things they are saying is that there is a delay. Yesterday i spoke to a representative who confrim that today 3 april my items will be delivered but then i got a call from shubham who said that i have requested to cancel this (Which i have not) This is now becoming a torture for me and mental harassment.
