I booked a pest control service on 3rd August, 2022. The cockroach removal is a two-stage process and after the first step, there is not too much change (i.e. there are still cockroaches).
The professional completed the first stage and a follow-up was scheduled for 15th August, 2022 (which was later resceduled to 17th August, 2022). The professional failed to show up despite his assurances and repeated calls.
We tried contacting Urban Company customer care several times and were told that the case was being passed on to the escalation team, being promised a resolution in 24 hours. To date, we have not got any resolution to the issue.
This is terrible customer service and a first in my experience with Urban Company. I'm surprised but hoping for a prompt resolution. Was this information helpful? |
