I booked Instahelp service and paid for three services in one month. When I tried to book a service they could not find any personnel available in our area for more than three months. They have kept the money without providing a resource. It was their fault that they could not find help in our area. I had used them a few times previously. Each time I would get a message that they do not have any person working in our area and they were not able to provide help. It is illegal for them to keep the entire booked amount without providing a resource. They take the money upfront and then only can one book a slot. I would like a refund back or credit. In addition they cannot be reached by phone. Cannot locate any phone number to reach them
