Urban Company — Refund Rs.200/- Recovered as cancellation charge

Address: H.NO.6 ,INDUS EMPIRE PHASE-III, SHAHPURA

I scheduled a cleaning service for my two bathrooms on 13/10/2026 at 4:00 PM, having booked it on 11/10/2026. However, no one arrived at my house on the scheduled date and time, and the booking was cancelled without my consent. Additionally, a cancellation charge of Rs.200/- was deducted from my refunded booking amount. I would like to know the reason for the cancellation and why this charge was applied when I did not initiate the cancellation. Please refund the Rs.200/- that was deducted as a cancellation charge.
