First time I rescheduled a salon service, nobody turned up. They were not able to assign a beautician. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the agent Akshata, said that no supervisor was free to take the call and promised a call back in 15 minutes. Needless to say, no one called. She called up half an hour later to tell me that they were still not able to find a beautician and when I enquired about the call back from the supervisor, she said that he would call back in 24 hours.
Then I booked another service for 7pm and had asked for a L’Oréal sensiglow facial. The beautician came with a Cheryl’s facial kit and on being asked, she said that Urban company gave them those kits. Nowhere on the app is it mentioned that the kit would be of Cheryl’s. Why is urban company trying to defraud customers. The guy from the escalation desk who called, Pratik, said that L’Oréal and Cheryl’s is the same. They are not the same. He was looking at some app and saying it was mentioned on the app but neither the beautician nor I could see it. I still have a print screen of the place in which there is no mention of them carrying a Cheryl’s facial kit. Was this information helpful? |
