My master-bedroom A/C was serviced by Urban Company on 13.03.2024 and the leakages were repaired by your Technician Anwar and leaked Gas was replenished by him.
Last night the same A/C stopped cooling and we had a horrified niight.
Complaint was filed and Your Technician Faizan is here today to attend the same.As per his observation, outer unit of split-ac has two leakages and the same was not opened by your earlier Technician.
Now will you please explain as to why a retired Senior Citizen like me should bear the cost of negligence caused by your company's technicians.
You are therefore requested to refund the entire amount for the earlier and the current ongoing service without any delay.
