Since last 2-3 weeks, I have been suffering here on UrbanCompany, have been booked hair styling services and disinfection services, both the bookings has been cancelled and they initially refunded the amount and on the same time they deducted the amount by defining it as expired. Urbancompany support team officials are very unprofessional, always denied to resolve my issue, now I don’t have any option other than escalating the concern towards consumer forum. They have been harrassing me like this way, and looting my hard earned money like this way by deducting the refund amount all of sudden by showing as expired. Also they are not fulfilling the bookings, their professionals are like to rule the users, they gonna cancel all of a sudden just 4-5 hours before the service.
