I have booked for my A/C Service for cooling issues. One Mr. Mohan was assigned for service. He did service and I was charged around Rs.1400/ and issue got resolved and got good cooling. But within a week, I started experiencing Water leakage in Indoor unit. We contacted the same technician twice. he checked the gas level and said everything is normal and advised to use A/c in 27degree temperature. Since he is not able to resolve the issue and water leakage continued. We once again book for service with you for water leakage issue.
At that time one Mr. Raja was assigned for that job, upon checking the unit, he said problem is with censor for water leakage and removed the censor. Thereafter he joined the wire with cellotape. further the check the Gas level and conveyed that normal gas level is 125 and our unit have 100 and if we want he can refill the gas without invoice he demanded Rs.1000/ We refused to refill without invoice. After that he said 100 is normal level for functioning of A/c. and charged around Rs.900/ towards censor replacement.It is pertinent to that that we came to know that he has not replaced the censor at all but he simple removed the old one.
On the same day evening when we switched on the a/c to our utter shock the A/C is giving only heat air. So we callled the technician on the very next day. at the time he checked and insisted to refill the gas as gas level gone of 10 and urged us to pay Rs.2000/ without invoice.
Here the issue is howcome the gas level gone down in a single day. and we are charge nearly 2500 as of now for the same a/c service but the without any resolve.
Your customer care person assured and sent the technician again for service and gas refilling at free of cost under warranty. But against the technician demaned Rs.2500/ for gas refilling.
We are trying to resolve the issue and requesting the CAll back with your app for nearly 30 to 40 times.. Your customer support people enquiring the issue, Each and every time I am explaining all the stuffs, then they are teling they register the complaint and I will get a call again. But not getting any kind of resolve.
Because of the Lethargic service, we are in mental agony and for the past one week we are not able to use our A/c only for the reason, we chose Urban company and its incapable technicians
Request to resolve the issue with immediate action, failing which with no other go I need to approach the appropriate legal forum.
Expecting speedy redressal.
