[Resolved] Urban Company — Refund not processed for cancelled order to my amazon pay balance

I made a transaction of INR 548 through Amazon pay on 19th Dec with merchant Urban company. I had to cancel this order due to some reason and Urban company confirmed that they will process the refund. But it has been more than 15 days now and I have not received my refund.

Urban company says that they have refunded the amount, but I have not received the refund. I tried contacting urban company multiple times but no response. Each time they tell me that the refund is processed, but I think they are lying since the money is not refunded in my amazon pay balance.

Updated by rahulparihaar Hi Team Urban company, I have provided the screenshot of the transactions multiple time to you guys at the email id: [protected]@urbancompany.com. Please check your mail box rather than calling me every day and asking for the same screenshots. It is like harassing a customer.
Everyday someone calls from your company and says to provide the screenshot, when I send that they say that they have received it and the matter will be resolved in next 24 hrs. But I don't get any refund.
And the very next day you again call asking for screenshot and the same response that it will be resolved in next 24 hrs.
I have sent you at least 5 times the screenshots and your representative received the email. So please stop calling and harassing me rather you check your email and get this sorted.

I don't think you guys have an intention to pay and that's why you keep calling and harassing. Fine I give up, I want my mental piece you have that 548 INR and be rich. but stop calling and harassing everyday.
