I have booked a massage service from urban company around 1.5 months back. The therapist was Husna Bano.
Now after 1.5 months I receive call from her. I initially ignored her calls but later when I took the call she asks me 'who are you?', 'i have been calling multiple times but I get busy line, why?' I did ask her why did she call but she keeps repeating.
I cut the call after stupid questions from the other side when she is the one who called me. I blocked two numbers from which she tried to contact me and I recieved over 30 missed calls continuosly from this woman.
I try to check how I can register a complaint on urban company. But there is no space for help from the company unless I have a booking. Nor there is any customer helpline number.
This is not the first time I am facing this issue.
A service company like urban company should maintain a helpline number irrespective of bookings. Was this information helpful? |
