[Resolved] Urban Company — TV unit damaged during assembly

We are trying to contact Urban company. The appt was booked for Ikea assembly for a TV unit. The Carpenter sent by Urban company damaged it. We have submitted complaint to ikea and Urban company and both are not responding.
