[Resolved] Urban Ladder — Delay in delivery | |
It has been almost a month since I ordered some sizeable furniture from urban ladder. Already 5 days past the tentative delivery date. Still no followup from them. No update in the app, just that it has not been delivered. No value of time for customers.Really horrible service at the lowest level. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support May 25, 2021 Urban Ladder Customer Care's response Hi Team, Due to the ongoing pandemic, the delivery has been delayed based on the lock down directives issued by the government. We are in touch with the local authorities regarding the movement of non essential goods. Once the directives are eased, the delivery will be planned accordingly. Regards, Team UL | |
