I ordered a mattress and bed on December 6, 2022. They promised value shipment, but I have received a damaged product. I have asked them to cancel the product and initiate a refund. First, they didn't accept the product cancelation and told them they would not refund the money. Later by looking at the product's condition, they agreed to cancel and initiated the refund. A refund for the bed(Rs 16, 868/-) was initiated on December 21, 2022, and for the mattress(Rs 40, 694/-) was initiated on Dec 27, 2022. Again they promised that refund would be credited to the bank account in 5 - 7 working days, but it didn't happen. I have placed the order through a Credit card on an EMI basis. I spoke to customer care 18 times regarding the refund and even mentioned that my EMI bill would be generated by Jan 3rd, 2023. I asked them to credit the refund within the bill generation period, at least. Today is Jan 9, and still, now, my refund isn't credited to the card. Now the bank is asking me to pay the EMI. This morning I spoke to Urban Ladder customer care regarding the generated EMI, and still, customer care is asking me to wait for another 5 to 7 working days. I didn't use the product, and the delivered product is not in good condition, but I still face the issue. I want the issue sorted out quickly, and urban ladder should cancel the generated EMI. At every stage, there is a delay. I am suffering because of this urban ladder. They simply say to wait for 24hrs. or 48hrs or 5 days or 7 days, that's it. But no response.
