[Resolved]  Urban Ladder — I have cancelled an order T[protected] on urban ladder website and send mail for cancellation.

I have cancelled an order T[protected] on urban ladder website and send mail also to cancel on [protected]@urbanladder.com. they have ack that my order will be cancelled soon and I will receive the refund within 5-7 working days and I should wait for refund.

Now I am being harassed saying my shipment isdone for an cancelled order.

Pls take immediate action and process my refund asap
