Urban Ladder — Delayed delivery and faulty product

Hi,
Please raise a complaint against urban ladder where my order T[protected]
get delayed and when it came not have all the required product for which installation doesn't carried out.
The replacement also not processing and when I request cancel they are saying they can do after the order pick up, even after multiple request it is picked up.
