I have cancelled an order T[protected] on urban ladder website and send mail also to cancel on [protected]@urbanladder.com. they have ack that my order will be cancelled soon and I will receive the refund within 5-7 working days and I should wait for refund.

Now I am being harassed saying my shipment isdone for an cancelled order.

Pls take immediate action and process my refund asap

    It has been nearly one month still my product is not dispatched.

      I ordered from UL app a Rabia table lamp(Pink Finish) on 09.10.2021, order id being T[protected].
      I was able to download the invoice and received the sales order line no. of the product 9515548.

      No update regarding the delivery of the product has been provided to me yet as for last 15 days it is showing "Unexpected error occured" while tracking the item in Shiprocket Delhivery site.

      I EXPECTED TO GET IT DELIVERED BEFORE DIWALI BUT AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

        Since last 1+ week, the product is not delivered. Each day it extends the due date by +1 day. Also the delivery status shows the product is in Hyderabad.

        I have already done the prepayment. Very frustrating experience a shopping from Urban Ladder as they have no care for delays.

          When I placed the order on 28th September in Urban Ladder, The delivery date of my furniture was 11th of October. But suddenly 11th of October I got a mail that the delivery would be delayed because of festivities & the assured delivery date would be 18th of October.
          I have mailed them many times regarding this but no one replied with the proper information (screenshot attached). The customer care service is pathetic, even in email also. Now a days I always prefer online shopping rather than retail shopping but never ever experienced like this. Please find a way out.

            Am very disappointed with the bed that urban ladder shipped to us.

            One of your members from the installation team visited and told us the ply is loose because the support of the ply is not there and that's why the ply is loose at one end.

            Also, the wood on top of the headrest is getting properly fixed and there is a space between the wood and the main headrest.

            I have a 3 months baby and if any untoward incidents happen, I will hold the urban ladder responsible for this and I will make sure that you will be held accountable .

            How come you are shipping a defective bed. I want this defeated bed to be replaced immediately.

            I hope you will take this on priority and resolve this issue asap.

              On 13 Aug, 2021 I ordered a product from Urban Ladder which was ideally to be delivered on 7th September and then was to be installed by Urban Ladder itself.

              However after so many complains escalations done through Urban Ladder's help there wasn't any positive response whatsoever.

              Daily after explaining the issue to new executive from their end, new promises were made everyday and no one later updates/ informs of the status and there wasn't any progress.

              It was informed to them that I have some travel plans so even if there is a delay they confirmed product will be installed by 7 Oct, 2021 itself.

              Today, finally after wasting one hour daily with them the product has arrived but tomorrow I have a flight to catch due to which installation is still pending and am not sure what will happen now as I cannot return or cancel it as well at this point.

              From last three days, I am being promised a call back or mail confirmation that installation will happen either 8 Oct morning or after we come back (1-2 months from now). But still haven't received any call back or mail.

              Also, separately a 10% product value coupon was promised over mail to me due to the harassment and delay that has happened but after promising the coupon hasn't been shared with me yet. Really pathetic experience.

              After paying so much, investing one hour daily just to get updates, waiting for 2 months and so many lied promises no progress whatsoever.

                I placed an order for this twin bed on 14/08/2021 with full payment. expected date of delivery was 05/09/2021. the bed is yet to be delivered. no intimations about expected date of delivery. no refunds. I feel completely cheated. it's totally unexpected from urban ladder. I demand an immediate refund.

                      We have ordered a sizable furniture from Urban ladder on 8th August with order number T[protected]. The order was supposed to be delivered by Aug 23rd and it's not delivered till date, even 10 days after. Very casual and careless response from customer support daying that it'd be delayed by 10 days, but even that didn't happen.

                        I just want to put it out there that I have been very disappointed with UrbanLadder's post-sales service. I bought quite an expensive sofa from them and the structure at the bottom of the three-seater broke in just over two years! And i take very good care of my furniture! When I raised a complaint, they said they can't fix it because they are no longer producing this item. We ultimately had to get a carpenter to fix it, which is something that I firmly believe UrbanLadder should have done themselves. When you pay so much tho buy furniture from a well-known brand, you'd expect the item to be of good quality that will last long. At the very least, they should provide carpentry support on their items if they need repair so soon after the purchase, irrespective of whether the item is still being produced! This hands-off approach was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I will think twice before I purchase from Urban Ladder again.

                            Since 21st July I have raised an issue regarding the wrong product sent to me and still so far there have been no resolutions. Such pathetic service standards . The product which has come to me is worth INR 9000 approx and i had placed for an order of INR 2000/ . I dont think any customer would like to return such a product. However since i placed for something particular which i needed has not been sent.

                            Their service so pathetic and your customer service is useless. I need my refund immediately and collect the product from me immediately.

                              Delivery of our Sectional Sofa is pending for more than a month against Urban Ladder Order R[protected].

                              Two deadlines given to us for delivery of the product were not met by the company . Flimsy excuses were given. Because of this we had cancel our program of going to Mumbai twice.

                              There has been no effort made by Ms. Deena to escalate our issue except giving false excuses again and again. I[censored]rgent action is not initiated; I will be taking this matter to Consumer Grievance Cell very soon. Regards, CDR IC Singh

                                I have purchased Noguchi Table Replica against the order no R[protected].The glass top of table is not attached with its base so it can fall anytime, also it’s base is completely unstable and whole table bobbles.Urban Ladder has cheated us on its brand name as the table delivered doesn’t even worth for 5000rs, this table has design issues.
                                And worst of all, I have raised complaint on the same day when table was delivered but 15 days have passed no action is being taken.I want this product to be returned and complete refund.
                                Further I request to customer to not to make purchases ffrom Urban Ladder as you will not be entertained post delivery .

                                  We use a King Size mattress, which was changed once as the product had issues after use for about a year. We were very pleased to receive a fresh product from UL. But unfortunately even the replaced mattress is giving us serious back problems. This is your top end mattress with memory foam. Both, my husband and I have developed middle and lower back issues. I was recently travelling and slept on a different bed and found all my issues disappear.

                                  My request is that you take this mattress back and refund us some amount. After trying twice am not very keen to try another UL mattress. Amount we both have spent on Physio therapy as well as pain in our backs forbid us to try again.

                                    Hello Mr. Akash Chauhan,

                                    I sincerely hope this email finds you well and if I could grab your attention for my particular case.

                                    I raised a complaint on 18th Feb, 2021 regarding one my product - Latte Bench, which I purchased on 8th Dec, 2018.

                                    It had been a roller coaster ride since then, for me. Nevertheless...

                                    TL;DR - I was asked to make a payment, which I did in the month of March, for the repair work but my issue has not been resolved, yet. It seems there were many reasons for the delay but none of them concerns me, it was all from your end.

                                    And after over 100 days from the date of initial complaint, on 6/8, I was informed nothing can be done about my issue.

                                    I seriously don't understand given its your product how can you simply deny a service. And that too for a paid one.

                                    Your people were so confident that they asked for a payment even before sending any technician to get the issue reviewed and now after around 4 months of delay, you are hanging me in dry.

                                    This is seriously not done.

                                    Its my sincere request that you please help me in getting my product fixed either by a repair work or a replacement, given the product is still under warranty!!!

                                      It has been almost a month since I ordered some sizeable furniture from urban ladder. Already 5 days past the tentative delivery date. Still no followup from them. No update in the app, just that it has not been delivered. No value of time for customers.Really horrible service at the lowest level.

                                        I bought this study table for my kids and after using for few days i have observed, this table has quality issues. All edges of the table are very sharp and because of it my kids got hurt as well.
                                        Due to this the table is of no use to me. Please can this table be returned and issued credit in the wallet, I would need buy some other table which has round/smooth edges.

                                        My complaint is for the quality of the product, a table with sharp edges is not acceptable for personal use at home. I cannot risk my/kids health by using it. Will Urban Ladder take the responsibility of any mis-happening which might happen while using the table? i already have a scratched elbow because of the sharp edges.
